Relationship between Blended Learning and Achievement Index of S1 Nursing Science Students at Safin University Pati

Blended learning is a system that facilitates student learning more flexibly and understandably. With this system, students can learn anywhere and anytime without being limited by distance, space, and time. The success of students in higher education can be determined by using the grade point average. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between blended learning and the student achievement index. This type of research is cross-sectional. This research was conducted at the Bachelor of Nursing Science, Safin University Pati, in May 2024. Sampling was done using a nonprobability sampling technique with a consecutive sampling approach. The sample size of this study was 34 respondents. The statistical test used in this study was Kendall's tau b. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the majority of respondents with an age range of 17-25 years, as many as 32 respondents (94.1%), and female gender as many as 28 respondents (82.4%). The majority of undergraduate nursing students follow blended learning with a level that is less as many as 16 respondents (47.1%). Most respondents on the achievement index are in the satisfactory category, with as many as 17 respondents (50.0%). The results of the analysis with Kendall's tau b test showed that the data obtained had a p-value = 0.045 (<0.005). So, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between blended learning and the student achievement index.
