Abstract

Nutritional problems in pregnant women are problems that need to be taken seriously. One thousand days of life (1000 hpk) is the golden phase of life, starting from the formation of the fetus in the womb until the child is two years old. Pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (CHD) status can have an impact on the growth and health of their babies. Macro and micronutrient deficiencies in pregnant women and children impact a nation's quality of life and subsequent welfare. One of the efforts to achieve the success of a program is to monitor its implementation. Monitoring is carried out when a policy is being implemented, which is necessary so that initial mistakes can be recognized immediately and corrective action can be taken. Methods: This research refers to a quantitative approach; the research design is quite experimental. Results: Based on the study's results, the asymmetry is known. Significance <0.001 means that the hypothesis is accepted <0.05; it can be concluded that it is received. This means there is an effect of monitoring assistance for pregnant women in consuming PMT sandwiches, getting a p-value of 0.001. It can be seen that the p-value (0.001) (<0.05). Conclusion: states that there is an effect of monitoring biscuit consumption among mothers who are assisted in the monitoring format for pregnant women in the mandai puskesmas working area in 2022.
